Warrior’s Path is an unconventional fitness facility in West Chester, PA offering small group personal training and private personal training. Each class incorporates mobility, movement, strength training, conditioning and decompression to provide a full-body workout with a focus on longevity and performance.

Step #1: On-Ramp


All new members receive two free 1-on-1 training sessions. Why?

We'd like to get to know you, your goals, your fitness history, your physical strengths and weaknesses, and so much more. The better you and your coach understand each other, the better your results will be.

Also, most of our members have never worked with a steel mace. Many have never worked with kettlebells. Before you enter class without a foundation to build from, we will teach you how to use each tool properly. 

Train safely and to your abilities. Not beyond.

Step #2: Choose Your Program

Personal Training

Our 1-on 1 personal training sessions incorporate all of the terrific benefits of our six-person classes with unique programming with your specific goals and abilities in mind. Your coach works with you each day and further analyzes your fitness improvements and nutrition to help you exceed your goals.

Small Group Personal Training

Our 60-minute, six-person classes are structured to maximize strength building, fat burning, and cardiovascular conditioning with individualized attention between trainer and trainee. By pushing yourself to your limits - and not the limits of others in class - you will safely push your body to places it can go.



Numbers tell a story that the mirror often can't. We track your personal bests and day-to-day output so you can see where you're improving and where we need to focus going forward.


We treat nutrition as important as our training. We work with any members interested in refining their nutrition and discussing how to maximize their hard work.


Small group personal training memberships are month-to-month and personal training packages have bulk discounts. Come back because you love it, not because you have to.
